Text Search Utility

Hi.

I have a folder with over 300 files in it..

I'd like to be able to search that folder (and all the files within it)
for specific words.

If the word exists, I'd like to have the file name and a selection of
the file displayed to screen..

Anyone know of a Freeware app that does this or similar !

Thanks
