Terminal Service Manager problem

I have a Windows 2000 Server with Terminal Server
installed. Terminal Server was working fine for some time
now. Recently, I stopped working; on further investigation
I found that the Terminal Server Service has disappeared
from the Services list. The service isn't even showing in
the list of running services; not disabled, enabled,
running, or otherwise, it just isn't there

Also, when I go into Terminal Service Manager it shows
with a "big red no" symbol and reports an error as
follows: "You could not be authenticated on this server"
even though I'm already logged in as an admin account

Uninstalling and reinstalling also didn't help. Has anyone
else encountered this problem? Any help would be greatly
appreciated

Just wondering. Did you change or delete account
"TsInternetUser"? I think the TS needs this account be set
correctly to run. If it was changed or deleted, Simply
re-installing the service (only the "Terminal Service" and
on "Administration Mode").

Did you see anything smokey in the Application/System event
logs?
