Terminal Server won't allow connections after logout

We have a windows 2000 terminal server. This server is
also used as a workstation for a very small company. When
the user logs off at the end of the day the server will
not allow remote users to connect to it via the terminal
server client until that person logs back in the next
morning.

Only one particular user can't connect or all user can't connect? any error
rmessage or event log?

When people can't logon, what error message do they get?
Are there any eventlog entries? Can you bring up the
tsadmin.exe utility to see if the RDP listener is down?
