Temporary Internet Files folder and Download Assembly cache folder

Dear All,
I am using a stub .exe to launch my .net application...we are using
..net 1.1..we have observed that the dlls are getting downloaded at two
places...
Temporary Internet Files folder and Download Assembly cache
folder...is this right or have we missed out anything...we are using
Assembly.LoadFrom method...We are not running our application via
IE...

Please help...

I believe the Download Assembly cache is a tool for LoadFrom method to
execute its correct behavior (having the latest version of the referenced
assembly using timestamps), so it's a default behavior of LoadFrom method.
