TCP hardening - KB315669

Does anyone know if the TCP / IP hardening settings
defined in KB315669 (http://support.microsoft.com/?
kbid=315669) are applicable to windows 2003?

The article says its only applicable to Windows 2000 -
hence do I assume these features are already built in
W2003?

According to the Threats and Countermeasures Guide for XP
and W2K3, you should still harden TCP/IP under 2003.
