Task Manager issue

Since installing the latest "Hot Fix" (KB832483), I have
been noticing an issue with my task manager. When I
attempt to open in, I see only the program options. I no
longer have the ability to disable specific processes. Any
idea how to bring that functionality back?

Your Task Manager windows doesn't have any Menu bar either, right?
Double-click the frame. STFW.
