Task Manager fail to tabs & other windows

Task Manager displays only the following:
1. CPU Usage
2. CPU Usage History

Other tab options and windows fail to display.

I would appreciate any thoughts and ideas on a remedy.

Double click on the borders of the Task Manager window or on its title
bar. The full display will return.
