"Target account name is incorrect"

Pat

Hi All;
Lately; I am getting "Target account name is incorrect"
when users are logging into my DC. This is very sporadic
and clears after several reboots. It's been running fine
for over a year. The only change made was a deployment of
NAV corp. I have the NAV system center management console
installed on my backup DC. The backup DC is low on disk
space. Thats about the only foresight I have regarding the
problem.
The users have a basic net use script that runs upon login.
Aany thoughts?

thx

Pat

This error can occur if there are two machines with the same name on the
network. Verify that there isn't a machine with the same name.

Thanks Tim. We have been undergoing a naming convention
change. Per msft; if two different hostnames show up on
two differnet DC's that can happen.
