System restore can not create system restore ?

Hello,

I got this msg. after I performed disk cleanup and
with cleaning up restore points until recent option.
Any way to correct this problem ?

Go to Control Panel, System, System Restore. Turn the service off, reboot,
then turn it back on. Otherwise, provide more details of the exact error
message.

Thank you for a quick response. I could disable the
service. It says "System Restore encountered an error
trying to enable/disable one or more drives. Please
restart your machine try again.". I did this and it still
does the same thing.
