System is never shuting down, always restarting

Hi,
i face a problem since some weeks. I cannot succeed to
turn off the computer. What ever the option i choose
(shut down or restart) the system just restart.
Do you know what to do ?

Hi Marc,

Disable everything that reads 'Wake up' in the BIOS settings. Also, I have
seen this behavior if you have a CD/DVD in the drive during a shutdown.
