System DLL user32.dll relocated

Hi there,This is my first time here and i need some help,
I have recently been getting a warning pop up on my screen while trying to
start some programs,the warning reads, "The system DLL user32.dll was
relocated in memory.The application will not run properly.The relocation
occured because the dll C:/WINDOWS/system32/shell32.dll occupied an address
range reserved for windows system dll's.The vendor supplying the dll should
be contacted for a new dll".
Can anyone help me find a solution to this problem as it is driving me nuts?

Hi Andrew,
I would just like to say a big thank you,your help was spot on,i downloaded
the update and its working perfect,I couldnt have asked for anymore on my
first visit to the site.
