Sysprep not joining domain

I am using sysprep for imaging purposes and when the mini-
setup gets to the part about joining the domain it fails.
I get an error message that the workstation driver is not
installed. If I then just join a workgroup, reboot, and
join the domain after it reboots I have no problem. I
have used sysprep before and I have never seen this
before. But now I am seeing it on two different types of
systems.

Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions?

Have you syspreped this image before ? Normaly a image is only good for one
or two times that you sysprep it
