Sysprep and Windows 2000 Service Pack 4

Has anyone else noticed this or had this problem? After creating an
Image with service pack 4 slip-streamed when I run the sysprep command
anything in my run and runonce keys trys to run after I press enter.
This is a problem since sysprep needs to shutdown the computer this
generates errors and causes the things which are in these keys to fail
and causes numerous problems with the Image?

are you rebooting the PC after you run sysprep ?
dont do anything but run sysprep & shut, dont click anything.
If i remember, you must shut down the PC after you run sysprep.
this give's you a clean OS to work with.

I am running Sysprep as I always do. Sysprep by default will reboot
or shutdown your machine. However when I hit enter to run Sysprep the
Internet Explorer run, runonce dialog starts running.( You know the
little thing up in the corner which runs right after you install
Internet Explorer). Since we have a lot of things running in this
step it can't finnish before Sysprep shuts down the machine. I was
just wondering if anyone else was seeing this?

I have not seen it myself.
I think IE needs to be up & running befor you run sysprep.
Its a timing thing it seems your having,
