svchost.exe - Application Error

Hai

I am getting this application eror after booting my machine
i am using Windows 2000 advanced server

The error is:-

The instruction at "xxxx" referenced memory at "xxxx". The
memory could not be "read".

Click OK to terminate the program
Click CANCEL to debug the program

Please help me in this regard.

Most probably, it looks that your ram is bad, you need to
change the ram... there is not any other solution....
