Windows XP Sumproduct based on multiple criteria of varied text - Need Miracle

Hi There, this is my first time posting and it is a tough one. Desperately need help with this. I have two lists. 1 column to sum of values, and 2 columns of criteria (text). (The one set of criteria is giving me a problem because the text is not exactly the same) Is there any way to get the sum product formula to sum based on finding the text from SP2 in SP and summing the C2 information...+ one more value criteria but that one I is not a problem. Can anyone help? Thank you so much.

Visions (Winnipeg) 5
