We have designed a website where you complete an order form and press the
submit button onthe end of the form. After the submit button is pressed -
the form doesn't come through via email to obviously show us what was
ordered. What are we doing wrong?

Hi Rob,

I use FP 2003 also.

When you right click on the Submit button and go to Form Properties and
you see the dialogue box that shows Send To: (your file name) and Email
Address: (your email address), and then you click on the OPTIONS button
at the bottom...you should get another dialogue box called "Saving
Results". When you click on the 'E-mail results' tab, is your email
address also showing in the box "E-mail address to receive results"?

The reason I ask, is because when I was setting up my own web page, my
results weren't being saved to my email, because this field wasn't
entered.

Good luck with this...hopefully it's just a simple fix for you!

Is the send to email address you've entered one that is associated with your web site
domain??

Example: if your web site is www.myweb.com your domain is myweb.com
The email address you're sending to needs to be a domain email account such as
(e-mail address removed)
