subinacl question

can this display current permissions on a service for all users or a
particular user? I have used it to set permissions and would like to see
some kind of display (or output to cmd prompt) to verify my changes. I
believe it worked fine as the user can in fact do what they are supposed to
after running it but I would still like some way to 'view' the permissions.
Can subinacl do this?

thanks... any help is appreciated.
