my windows updates - updates itself automatically by itself like almost everyday now... the problem is where i read what the log says;
update is not allowed to download due to regulation
update NOT required
WARNING: GetUserTokenFromSessionId < what is user token?
Found non-managed non-WU Service registered with AU
and the one im most worried about ;

Please tell me is this normal? it seems like updates are forced on me - how can i tell what on my comp is a virus and whats not? thanks
