Strange message on boot and then no operating system found

got this message on my laptop "client mac addr: 00 c0 9f 17 a8 d2 guid:2062539c-4dea-d611-8cd8-00c09f17a8d2 dhcp..." and then it says no operating system found. If my network cable is unplugged it wont even find this message just that no cable was found
I cannot even get into safe mode

go to bios and change the order so that you boot from your hard drive.

hmm..so it says missing cable even when u changed the boot order( to boot
from hard drive) in the BIOS? that does sound right. what are the options
that your bios shows to boot from?

Sounds like your laptop is trying to boot from a server. Like maximus says,
go into bios setup and instruct it to boot from the local HDD. If you
unplug the cable, it's not even gonna bother looking for an OS, which is why
it tells u that there's no network. I'm assuming you have a HDD in your
laptop?
