Start Menu "All programs" doesn't list any programs

Since adding new updates AND moving "Documents and Settings" to my D: partition for backup reasons (using Tweak XP) no programs are listed when I hit Start Menu "All Programs" button. Everything else in Start Menu works fine. The folder D:\Documents and Settings\User1\Start menu\Programs\ has a list of 20 programs.

Any ideas?

I dunno. But I would think if you add shortcuts of the programs to
the ...\all users\start menu\programs" folder in your D drive, you
will see them. Or add the short cuts to User1\start menu\programs.

It seems you moved just the one user account and left the All User
account elsewhere under another partition. All users probably
contains those you are missing.

My guess anyway.
