Windows 7 spwizeng.dll is either not designred to run on windows

Hi all
anyyone out there can help me? I have recently purchased windows 7 upgrade home premium so I can upgeade from Vista which I consider to be not very good. Trouble is, I get a message e\source\spwizeng.ddl is either not designred to run on windows or it contains an error. This was on my pc when I bouught it. secondly I get The file áutorun.ddl'could not be loaded or is currupt. set up cannot contune as eror code is oxc1
Would appreciate help as cannot get sense out of microsoft NZ who say product number is not valid here in NZ
