Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Hi, just bought a nice HP Laser Jet Printer and tried to
install also I did remove the old printer drivers also
this on this local machine no network or nothing and I
get the following error message saying Spooler SubSystem
App has enountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.

Can anyone help me on this issue?

I am having the exact same problem as you and I know a 100% way to fix it. First back up all your files and then get the reinstall disk that came with your computer and reinstall your harddrives. This will fix your problem rather than get the same excuses to fix the problem.
