Spooler SubSystem App error, home networking - HELP!!

G

Gondo

I've connected two Windows XP Pro PCs with a crossover cable with the
intention of sharing the broadband Internet connection on the first computer
that has two network adapters with the other PC that has a single network
adapter. Internet Connection Sharing is enabled on the first PC as well as
Internet Connection Firewall. Home networking was set up on each computer
following the instructions in XP's Help and Support Center. Each PC has its
own local printer.
Norton Antivirus 2003 is running on both PCs as well.

When the 2nd PC attempts to connect to the Internet, the following error
message appears each time a connection is attempted:

"Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem.

Home network
Spoolersubsystem App
szAppName spoolsv.exe
szAppver 5.1.2600.0
szModName: ntdll.dll
offset:0002c32b"

Any ideas on how this can be resolved and allow the 2nd PC connect to the
Internet off the first PC's broadband connection would be greatly
appreciated!

Thanks,
Gondo
