Spell Check Not Working in Outlook XP

We have several users on our system who are unable to check spelling in
Outlook 2002. We our currently on a Thin Client Server using Windows XP SP1
as the operating system and we have Microsoft Office 2002. Most users are
able to send an email and have the email spell checked with no issues,
however there are a few users who are experiencing the following error
message when they are sending an email and it attempts a spell check: "Error
occurred while checking spelling". The user has the option to click OK, but
Outlook will not spell check the email for them. I am clueless on this and
would appreciate any help or advice anyone can give.

In my German spell-check I find that it often does not find the correct
word.

If I want to use the verb "wuensche" it gives me the noun "Wuensche".

Same for a number of other verbs.

I am using windowsxp and Outlook2000, also MSOffice 2000.
