Specify roaming profile directory permissions through policy???

I have to constantly get into users server copy of their profile for many reasons, one is to see how much space each user is using (we have no limits, but I encourage them to keep it down when they get out of hand) searching for Mp3's and killing them as well as recovering a file they accidentally deleted on their system.

Permissions for their profile on the server are be default set to only them having access to it, so I've been changing the permissions manually as I create the profiles to give myself access to them, is there a way through policy in GPO to have it automatically give me full permission of new profiles?
