Sound Recorder not located in correct folder

As I understand, the Sound Recorder is supposed to be located in the
Entertainment folder under Accessories in my Programs folder but it's not.
The only way I can access this file is to go to Help and Support and do a
search in their index. I'd love to be able to either create a shortcut and
save it in My Documents or at least put it back where it belongs in my
Entertainment folder. It seems I've tried everything. Any help is
appreciated. Thanks in advance.

NO! Sound Recorder program is located in "%SystemRoot%\system32", and
%SystemRoot% is normally "C:\Windows".

The shortcut is usually stored in "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start
Menu\Programs\Accessories\Entertainment", so that every user can access it.

Search your computer for a file called sndrec32.exe - it's typically found
in c:\windows\system32. Right-click on the icon and select 'Send To' then
'Desktop'. Now you've got a shortcut to Sound Recorder on your desktop. You
can drag and drop this shortcut to My Documents or to your Start menu in
\Accessories\Entertainment.
