Sony Camera driver problem

I have a Sony Cyber-shot T100 that when plugged in via a USB Vista sees but
claims it needs the driver. Spent 48 minutes with Sony and another 55
minutes with HP. Sony says it doesn't supply the driver and claims that the
camera's driver is already in Vista. NOT! HP tried downloading a Sony USB
driver but it didn't work either. When I remove the SD card and plug it into
the computer's card reader, I can download the photos, but not when it is in
the camera, connected via the USB cable.
Any suggestions ... other than going back to XP, where it worked perfectly.

hi. The windows vista have the driver. Open controll pannel. open system
icon. Left side you have data. Click manager device. Check your usb system.
better, you check all system. No have ? in your system. ok, good. Have ? in
your system, so install the drive. click on this symbol (?)
