Some user domain account cant connect

Hi.
Somebody knows why when I create a user account in Active
Directory and I try to connect from the client, it can't
connect. Olders account and Administrator account connect
whithout problem.
Any suggestions...

are yoour ip adressings matching well? if not then its not gonna find it..make sure your dns is configured right as well...check your pinging and tracert settings in teh command line too
