Hallo, when ever i type (@) it takes a little bit over 1 sec for the keyboard/win10 to recognise that i have typed the (@) so it happens frequently that i manage to type several letters before the (@) appears for example (e-mail address removed)
what could be the problem?

You could reboot the system.

You could try another keyboard.

You could take off the @ button and make sure there isn't a crumb under it.

If you have the same fault with multiple keyboards then the problem is not with the keyboard.

If it's a USB connection try a different USB port. If it's a PS2 connection try using a USB keyboard.

If the fault still occurs try scanning your computer with some antivirus software and anti-malware software (Avast, AVG and Antvir offer free antivirus software and Malwarebytes is free and will scan for malware).

Other than that, it could be a hardware fault with the computer itself but I think that unlikely.
