Some e-mails not being delivered using Outlook

Suddenly last week 5-10 people I have emailed regulary did not get emails I
sent using Outlook 2003, although I can get emails through to others. If I
send the email directly from my webmail, they get them. I can't determine if
this is an Outlook problem or a server problem. I don't get a bounce message
and people tell me it isn't going to into their junk folders. They seem to
just "disappear".The email is in my sent folder, so I have no idea who is
getting emails or and is not. I can get emails from them.
If anyone has suggestions on where to start to fix this, I woudl be most
appreciative!

Your ISP may have a limit on the number that can be in the distribution
list. Some simply truncate the list without notification. I would check with
them.

This is the same problem I am currently having. Did you ever figure out
what was causing the problem?

Steve,
Yes, I did figure it out! I had some type of internet virus that was not
being picked up by Norton. All my Norton anti-virus was up-to-date. We
removed Norton and installed "Kapersky" anti-virus, it imediately picked up
the virus and I haven't had any trouble with Outlook since. One caution
though, I told a friend with a similar email problem and Norton, but when
she installed Kapersky it froze up her computer - sometimes if there are a
lot of problems on a computer Kapersky will do that. I'm not sure how she
resolved it -but get some advice before you try it!
Good luck - I feel your pain- it is the most frustrating computer problem I
ever had.

I am having the same problem, so far my McAfee virus protection hasn't help.
Does anyone know the name of this virus?

Unfortunately, runing Kaspersky didn't do the trick for me. I, too, was
running Norton, but even after I removed it and installed Kaspersky
Anti-Virus, I still have the same problem with Outlook. I have already tried
removing and reinstalling Outlook, using System Restore, and now three
different anti-virus programs, and I just can't deliver email through
Outlook, even though every email I send shows up in my Sent folder. Is there
anyone out there who can figure out this problem?
