Software problems. Can I reinstall XP now and use Vista later

I've already made another recent post on this but I really need help. I
recently upgraded from XP Pro 32bit to Vista Ultimate 64bit (Upgrade
version). My problem is that a mission critical program (Adobe Production
Studio) will not run on the 64bit OS. I need help and advice. Can I go back
to my old XP Pro without a licensing hassle and put my Vista on the shelf for
now? Then when my programs are compatible re-upgrade to Vista? Or could or
should I switch to the 32bit version of Vista enclosed in my Ultimate upgrade
then go back to the 64bit at a later time?

You should have no hassles if you reinstall XP and uninstall Vista and put
it on the shelf for now. You may need to do a telephone activation, but if
you explain the situation you should be okay.
