WHERE IS THE INFORMATION ON THIS.SMT
SOME PROGRAMS ARE ASKING ME FOR THIS. WHERE DO I FIND IT
I HAVE AN IP MAILER BUT IT WILL NOT SEND, WHAT DO I DO
IF YOU SAY ANYTHING ABOUT COOKIES, TELL ME WHERE THEY ARE.

Hi - please don't type in all caps - it's hard to read and is considered
'shouting'. Also, you haven't given us very much info to work with ...

That said -
SMTP is simple mail transfer protocol - is your software asking you for your
outbound server name? It is probably the one your ISP gave you to use when
you set up your email account with them, unless you run your own mail
server. What kind of email account do you have? What do you mean by IP
mailer?
