SMTP Authentication setting not found

Hi, I would like to know how to set SMTP Authentication Setting on MS Outlook
2002 SP3./WindowsXP-Home with the latest MS Updates.
When on E-MAIL ACCOUNTS at Internet E-mail settings (POP3) instead of
SETTINGS my version shows TEST ACCOUNT SETTINGS-NEXT-FINISH. Where else can I
set E-mail settings?
Help appreciated.

You should have a "More settings..." button just below the Test Account
Settings button. Pick that button to get to the next dialog where you can
set SMTP Authentication settings.

Hi, that is the problem there is no "more settings" button, just the "test
account settings" button and below 3 buttons "back" "next" and "cancel",
which takes you to "finish". I tried Everything except my new ISP advice of
setting the SMTP to set the account, I get the error a lot of others have
(0x600CCC92).

Weird. I looked thru the policy settings for Outlook and don't see a way to
hide that button. Have you tried doing a detect and repair on
Office/Outlook?

I Tried the Office "repair" and still no change and tried as well everything
to connect POP3, but from the error messages it looks like the SMTP settings
are the problem. Any other suggestions appreciated.

After I wrote my reply I did a complete re-install of Office and the "more
settings" button still not there all the other buttons including the "test"
look like they belong where they are.
