Which is the right news group to discuss about the smart client application?

Since a Smart Client app is itself composed of many different technologies,
you could post to the newsgroup of the specific technology you're having
problems with. For example, if you have a problem with designing the form
of your application, you can go to microsoft.public.dotnet.windowsforms.
