Slow typing and slow scrolling on Internet Explorer

Hi.. I have a big problem, WHen I type in a forum or I
type in my MSN Profile or a search engine my typing is
slow the cursor would be slow and hesitate for awhile when
I type and I can't see anything that I type. If I stop
typing and wait for a couple of minutes the sentence or
couple of words I typed would appear.

Another problem is that my scrolling is really choppy.. It
used to be smooth and I can read as I scroll down but now
it's slow and choppy. I really need help and I can't find
anyone who can help me. Please e-mail or reply back with a
solution, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Sydney - In IE, Tools|Internet Options|General Tab click on Accessibility
then uncheck "Format documents using my style sheet"

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
