slow right clicking

After I installed Novell on Windows 2000 profesional, and
Windows XP professional. Right clicking takes a long time.
The first time I right click, the hour glass will show up
for a while. Anybody know why? How do I fix it? HELP!

This can be caused by a bug in the shell extension that the Novell Client
installs (i.e. "Netware Copy" in the context menu).
...Go to the Novell site and download the latest update
