Hi all,

I am having a problem whereas when i shutdown a PC it is restarting itself. I am 99% sure it is a driver issue. I have recently installed a USB Wireless Adapter, a Netgear WG111T. When i remove this adapter from the PC it shuts down without a problem. Ib have downloaded the latest drivers from Netgear's site but i still have the problem!

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Graham

I wonder if it crashes on shutdown. Can you try and see if the following shows an error message on shutdown?

1. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. On the Advanced tab, click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
3. Clear the Automatically restart check box under System failure, and then click OK. The error message should remain on the screen so that you can record the error information.
