Signature backgound causes ActiveX error in Outlook

Windows XP Home SP2. Outlook2003. Signatures created in Word, saved as
htm's and called from Outlook. Everything shows up fine in email, except
coloured background which causes this message when opening email:

Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this
page, As a result, the page may not display correctly.

AQnyone know this one, please?

AQnyone know this one, please?

Consider reviewing your setup in Tools, Macro and Security. I
get the same, but pref the resulting protection. Virus' often
travel via ActiveX controls on emails and web pages.
