siebel gateway service

i juss installed siebel software onto my system, but when
i try to configure its gateway service..it show me an
error "unable to valisate windows user account password"
when i kno the password and everythng is correct and the
user iam entering is the admin..pls help

It sounds like this error is coming from Siebel itself; you should contact
them for assistance.
