Shuting Down

Why is it when I click 'start' then click 'turn off computer' then click
'turn off' that my XP computer shutdown then immediately restarts? Please
Help. Thamks

Did this problem begin suddenly, and following a noncritical update? )Check
your update history if your updates install automatically.) To undo an
update, use System Restore. Be sure to replace any Critial updates lost in
the restore.
