Shuting down a remote workstation!

How do I shutdown a remote work station? My computer name
is barcode and it is a Windows 2000 SP4. I would like to
shut down the system from a remote location. Please
advise. Thanks!

Try using the sutdown tool:

shutdown /s /m \\computername
