Shrink to fit text in Access

I want to know how to perform a "Shrink to Fit" function in Access in the
same way that you can shrink text to fit within a cell in Excel.

You posted this in a queries newsgroup. Access doesn't have "cells". Where
are you trying to adjust the size of some Access object? In a form, in a
query, in a report, in a table?
