set up e-mail in windows photo gallery

Hi
I have tried to set my e-mail with windows photo gallery, so that i can send
my photos to family and friends while i am still in the photo gallery, the
problem i am having is when it asks for pop 3 account, which i put in the
wrong information and the email could not be sent, and now i cannot get in to
the email account to try to re register, could anyone please advise, could i
use the same e mail address given to me by my isp, very confusing i know
please help.

First of all, you have to set up Windows Mail (or another email program) to
access your email account.
Open Windows Mail, and click on Tools - Accounts - Add
enter your email server info (from your ISP), your login name & password,
etc.
