Suddenly I am getting this message when I try to do a remote control session
to a user on my Win2K terminal server? I can't seem to figure out what has
changed or is different.

Help!

Does this only happen to that particular user?

You might want to check the RDP-TCP permissions in the terminal services
configuration to make sure that you have the ability to shadow/remote control
sessions. If that doesn't help, check the user's account in the active
directory users and groups snap-in to see if you have accidentally disabled
remote control of their session.

Hope this helps.

Thank you! It was the permissions. I had glanced at that earlier but had
not gone into Advanced Permissions were the remote control was being denied.

Do you know of a resources to learn more about the settings of these other
advanced permissions and the implications?

Now I just need to find the person that was messing in here.

Thanks Again.
