Service Pack 1a Update says Service Pack 1?

I downloaded the Network installer for XP service Pack 1a.
(over a 100 meg file). I've used it to update a few
machines. On one machine, after the update is finished and
machine restarted, i check the Properties of My Computer,
and it continues to say Service Pack 1. It should say
Service Pack 1a, as with other computers I have updated.

Thoughts?

SP1 and SP1a are the same except for the fact that the MS Virtual Machine
has been removed from SP1a. Therefore, it is pointless to change to SP1a.
Whether Properties states you have SP1 or SP1a makes no difference.
