Service Control Manager and netevent.dll

Hi,

Recently when I try to start up the Internet Explore browser it will
just hang and will not load WebPages. I tried reinstalling the browser
but that didn't seem to help.

I looked at my event log and saw the following error notes. Has anyone
else experienced this type of issue? Is it related to removal of spy
ware software or Microsoft's new beta testing of spy ware removal
tools? I've also seen that the spy ware removal tool had an impact on
my virus scanner and this will not load eather.

Here is my event log.
