Hi Kai,

Thanks for your posting!

From your descriptions, I understood that you are not able to go Back to
full Table View after applying Filter by Form only in ADP. Have I
understood you? Correcct me if I was wrong.

Based on my test, when we click Apply Filter menu in Toolbar, it will turn
out to be Remove Filter menu so that we are able to view all data in table
view again. I am not able to reproduce the scenario as you described, is it
possible for you show me how to reproduce it on my side? More detailed
information, I believe, will make us closer to the resolution.

Thank you for your patience and corporation. If you have any questions or
concerns, don't hesitate to let me know. We are always here to be of
assistance!

Sincerely yours,

Michael,

Thank so much to your response.

Normally in Access MDB form, after I fitter by form, I click Filter button
again, it will go back to full table view. In Access ADP form (I connect to
SQL Server 2000), the Server Filter By Form button icon look is different
from normal Filter By Form button icon, it has an arrow pointing to the
right on the icon, also the Filter button is different, it also has an arrow
pointing to the right on the Filter icon.

After I click Server Filter By Form button, and click Filter button (for
Sever filter, not the normal filter button), I get the result. But the
Filter button (for Server ) is gone, I cannot click it again to get full
table view. In MDB Access, after click Filter button, the Filter remains
and show pushed down look, if you click it, full table view will come back.

I will be really appreciated your help because it is very powerful feature
to miss!

Hi Kai,

It seems strange. What Access are you using? Access XP 2002 or Access 2003?
Anyway, I made some screen shot from my Access 2003's ADP and send to the
email address (e-mail address removed)

Sincerely yours,
