When trying to publish, edit a MSFrontPage website, I'm receiving the following error
Server error: Error 2 opening registry key "SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Web Server Extensions\Ports\Port 80

I receive this error on 2 different PC's with FrontPage 2000 installed. Can anyone offer assistance. I've already search Microsofts website, tried the 3 fixes they proposed, nothing worked. I've uninstalled Frontpage & Server extensions, reinstalled, no change in the error

Also, Frontpage isn't letting me use the Security feature on the toolbar for setting security permissions...
