sending vcards to cell phones

My cell phone tells me it can send and receive vcards. Can
I do this from Outlook or is this just a cell phone to
cell phone thing? I'm looking for a shortcut to putting
contact information into my cell pohone.

Ask your phone provider what procedure you need to follow to get a vCard to
your phone.
