Sending Storm or Connections to microsoft-ds

Dear All,
I found this forum by Internet search and I hope ,someone canlem
help me for a problem that I have been tolerate for a long time
(several months).

Whenever I dial-up to connect to Internet, upon I can connect
to the ISP network, there are many connections and packets
sent to the microsoft-ds port of many random IP addresses.
My ISP bandwidth is very limited and my connection is very slow
and I am worried that my computer became a tool for some sort
of attack

Here is a sample list from; netstat -a -b -o
